Sick visits

Sick visits are appointments you make with Laura Lee, NP, when you develop a non-emergent illness.

She can diagnose your condition and offer effective treatments during a telehealth or home visit consultation. Common reasons for sick visits include:

  • Cold and flu symptoms

  • Cough and sore throat

  • COVID-19

  • Headaches/migraines

  • Constipation

  • Back and neck pain

  • Skin rashes/infection

  • Urinary problems

  • Tick or Insect Bite

  • Ear pain or ear infection

  • Conjunctivitis

Chronic Disease Management/Health Maintenance

Chronic Disease Management/Health Maintenance visits are appointments you make with Laura Lee, NP when you have a non-emergent primary health care concern and do not have a PCP.

Common reasons for chronic disease management visits include:

  • High Blood Pressure

  • High Cholesterol

  • Diabetes

  • Fatigue

  • Depression/Anxiety

  • Medication Refills (to bridge gap in your care) if you do not have a primary care provider

If you do not have a primary care provider, Laura Lee, NP, will treat you for these chronic health problems while you establish care with a primary care provider. Laura Lee, NP, can also assist you in finding a primary care provider if you do not have one.

Laura Lee, NP, offers healthcare treatment to patients directly for a fee that is due at the time of service.

Medical insurance is not accepted.

If you have Medicare or Medicaid insurance, payment for these services cannot be accepted.
